Makers first, with the food to match

The mix leans towards people who made the thing they are selling: art, jewellery, clothing, beauty and lifestyle products, plants, and a solid vintage and collectibles corner. Gourmet food stalls and food trucks handle the eating, and the main stage runs free live music through the morning, so there is a reason to sit down rather than just walk the line of stalls once.

The long window changes how people use it. Early is the produce and plants crowd, late morning is families and music, and by one o'clock it has turned into somewhere to finish a coffee before the stalls come down.

Good to know before you go

Parking around the Jetty fills from mid-morning, so an early arrival saves a walk, and the walk is pleasant anyway if you park back towards the town side. Take a hat, because the foreshore has limited shade once the sun is up, and take cash for the smaller makers even though most stalls handle cards.
