Corrections and Removals
How to report an error on a listing, or ask for an image to be changed or removed.
Markets change their day, their venue and their operator, and sometimes we get it wrong to begin with. If a listing is out of date or incorrect, we want to know.
Report an error
Email [email protected] with the name of the market, what is wrong and, if you have it, a link that shows the correct detail. A link to the market's own page or the council's is the fastest thing to act on.
If you run the market, claim the listing and you can supply the correct details directly. If a market is missing altogether, submit it.
What happens next
We check the report against the market's own published information.
If it holds up, the listing is corrected. Trading days and closures are dealt with first, because they are the errors that waste somebody's trip.
If we cannot confirm it either way, we say what the listing is based on and leave a note to re-check.
Asking for an image to be removed
Logos and photos on a listing come from the market's own public pages and are credited to their source. If you run the market, or you took the photo, and you want an image changed or removed, email us from an address connected to the market or tell us how you are connected to it. We take it down. We keep a record that it was removed so that it is not added again.
Closed markets
If a market has closed for good, tell us. A listing for a market that no longer exists is worse than no listing, and we remove them.
Corrections to guides
The same applies to the guides and the in-season pages. If a date, a fee or a harvest month is wrong, send it through and we will fix the page.
