Malaga Markets

Malaga Markets was established in 1994 in Perth's Malaga industrial precinct, about 12 kilometres north of the CBD. What started as a straightforward shopping market grew through the late 1990s into a genuine weekend destination, adding live character shows and family entertainment on top of the stalls.

A commercial operation with real scale

The numbers here are more corporate than most markets in this directory: around 2,900 square metres of covered trading space on an 18,208-square-metre site, 70 tenancies, and reported net rent of roughly $1.1 million a year.
