Dirty Janes Canberra is a vintage warehouse market at 80b Collie Street, Fyshwick, with more than 90 stallholders under one roof. It sells collectibles, antiques, homewares and furniture, and it trades every day from 10am to 5pm.

A multi-stallholder market, not a single shop

The store's own description is of a vast warehouse brimming with over 90 unique stallholders, each with a distinctive collection. Many independent traders, each curating their own space. Prospective stallholders apply through the Become a Stallholder page on the Dirty Janes website.

Dirty Janes also trades in Bowral and Orange, so this is one of three stores. The Canberra warehouse is in Fyshwick, a Canberra industrial and retail suburb, and the entrance is at the back of the Domayne car park, down a ramp. The Dirty Janes website also lists The Attic creative space, a Dirty Janes Books range and a Giving Back page, so the brand reaches beyond the warehouse floor.

Good to know before you go

Opening hours are 10am to 5pm every day, though the store publishes separate public holiday hours on its website. Salters, the onsite cafe, serves breakfast and lunch with house-made sweets and coffee from 9am to 3:30pm, and its kitchen closes at 3pm. You can book a table through the Dirty Janes site. Its dining spaces were designed by Theadore Collective.

Because the stalls are independent, stock turns over as stallholders restock and new traders join, and the Dirty Janes Canberra Instagram account regularly welcomes new stallholders.
